Why Do I Not Have Access To Services When I Paid?

There could be several reasons as to why you may not have access:

  • Your subscription is not recognized by the system: you may need to log out and log back in to the website. If the problem persists, clear the caches of your browser.
  • Your subscription may be subscribed under another profile: it is possible you may have created several profiles on the site and you are connecting on the profile without a subscription. If this is likely, consider deleting the profile without subscription to avoid problems in the future.
  • Your transaction was incomplete. If this is the case, your payment may have been rejected due to conflicting information. Some things that you can do: verify the billing address and zip code, contact your bank or try a different payment method.
